I should have known better than to click into this…now I am really hungry!
I loved the calorie count and healthy look of these brownies, so I made them for Shabbos today. They are delicious! (Yes, even though they’re for Shabbos, I took a tiny taste.) If I cut them into 16 servings, as the recipe directs, they will be quite small. That’s fine for me, but my husband and son would balk! Also, I subbed in almond meal (ground almonds) for the 1/3 cup chopped almonds, and I used whole wheat pastry flour for the whole wheat flour. (And, shhhh, don’t tell, I threw in 1 tablespoon ground flax seed!)
i am on a diet and i like tha tthis recipe has the nutritional values with it and it seems to fit in my diet. it looks so yummy!!! cant wait to make them!
I made these last shabbos and loved them so much that i am making them again for Rosh Hashanah! This time I’m using walnuts.
the health benefits of almonds are quite good then?
thats great news thanks
Very Delicious.. thanks for sharing this menu..

Made these for shabbat and decided to take a small taste…these brownies are soooo good im not sure they are going to make it to the shabbat table!
Fabulous! Made these using sugar substitute for dietary concerns. Omitted almonds and added few more chips. Brought this to dinner last evening and received great reviews!
So much better than a mix!
