Ingredients
- 6 eggs - take out 4 yolks
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/3 C oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 1/2 lb. Potatoes
- Oil for frying
Directions
Preparation
1 Mix eggs, salt, and oil in a bowl.
2 chop onion in a mini chopper.
3 peel and shred potatoes.
4 Mix all ingredients together.
5 Heat oil in pan.
6 Spoon batter into pan and fry.
7 They taste great thick or thin, depending on you preference.
