Pizza Muffins

This is a combination of my two favorite things pizza and baked goods! It's an easy recipe that everyone from picky eaters to those who love gourmet additions will love! They are completely adaptable to your liking. You can add the cheese and vegetables of your preference and any extras you see fit (I personally love to place an olive in the center of each muffin and press them into the batter!). They are a ton of fun to prepare as a family or with a bunch of friends! You can divide the batter into different bowls and everyone can add their own toppings. Use different colored cupcake liners to differentiate between everyone's custom pizza muffins! Enjoy!

  • Cook Time : 20-25 minutes min

  • 1/4 cup shredded pizza blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups flour

In a large bowl combine mushrooms, cheese, pizza sauce and garlic powder
In a separate bowl beat eggs
Blend in oil

About Itsy Bitsy Balebusta

When life gets messy I find the best way to step back and regroup is by creating a messy kitchen! There's nothing like mixing bowls and measuring cups strewn about & the smell of warm Challah or cupcakes baking! I cook & bake to preserve the memory of & celebrate the incredible Balebustas in my family! Next to them, I’m still an itsy bitsy balebusta, learning what it takes to make a home & how to take the batches life gives us with a grain of salt (& lots of chocolate!). You can find out more about me at http://www.itsybitsybalebusta.com/p/about.html
