Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 caster sugar
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1 egg white
  • splash of lemon juice

Directions

Preparation

1 put sugar and egg white in together and beat slightly then add cut strawberries and beat on high till a firm mixture.
2 Then freeze for a few hrs and serve.
