Pineapple Cream Cheese Kugel

Ingredients
- 1 bag Passover Noodles
- 1 pint whipped cottage cheese
- 8 ounce Temp Tee Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the noodles as directed on the package. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add to noodles and mix till well combined. Beat the eggs, then add to noodle mixture. Stir, then pour into a greased 9 x13 pan, smooth out, and bake for 30-40 minutes till set.
