Pina Colada Smoothie

For the grown-ups among us, I created this absolutely delish Pina Colada Smoothie. Get yourself a cocktail umbrella, don your RayBans and hit the beach.


  • Prep Time : 10 min
  • Ready Time : 10 min




  • 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups regular or light coconut milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.

    hi jamie,i am from belgium and i got both of your books i love it and my family enjoied each time that i prepare something from your book,to tell you honestly i almost prepared all the recepies from the first book it amazing really, and now it is time book number two to try on it looks delicious and i am sure it even tastes better….thank you for this great books

    You offer fantastic recipes. I love it! For this, is there a substitute for the yogurt? Thanks.

    • Thanks SO much!!!! The yogurt makes it thick and creamy… do you want a pareve version? if so you can try a soy yogurt or even soy/coconut/pareve ice “cream” – but then hold back on the OJ and honey, and add/sweeten slowly to taste.
