Peas in Paprika
this is a classic friday night side in my house, goes with any chicken or meat especially if they also contain paprika. and is lovely on rice.

Ingredients
- 1 bag of small frozen peas
- 100 gram parve butter flavored margerine
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 heaping tablespoons of sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Preparation
1 in a small pot on med heat melt the margerine with salt and pepper
2 place the frozen peasin a strainer and rinse under water so they thaw
3 add chopped onion to the margerine and cook until clear, then add in peas and paprika, cook for 10 min on low heat
4 enjoy!
