Peanut Banana and Chocolate Smoothie
Agave, a natural sweetener, has a mild taste and dissolves well. It’s sweeter than sugar so a little does a lot. Hemp powder is high in protein and Omegas. Both can be found in health food stores or the health food aisle of your grocery store. Nutrition information based on using skim milk and hemp powder.

Ingredients
- ½ cup milk any kind
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1 tablespoon hemp powder (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth .
