Agave, a natural sweetener, has a mild taste and dissolves well. It’s sweeter than sugar so a little does a lot. Hemp powder is high in protein and Omegas. - ½ cup milk any kind
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1 tablespoon hemp powder (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth .
