Recipe

PB&B Smoothie

Peanut Butter and Banana not only make the best the sandwich, but they make a fantastically delicious smoothie, creamy and utterly decadent and full of protein.

Times

  • Prep Time : 10 min
  • Ready Time : 10 min

Servings

4

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, peeled and broken into pieces
  • 3 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.

  1. being im allergic to bananas, any suggestions to replace? ive made pb smoothies before (used to be my breakfast of choice) but it was always missing something.

  2. Hi Ahuva. So to replace bananas in your smoothies and still achieve that creamy thick sweet texture you can try pears, mangos, papayas, nuts or even avocado depending on the recipe.
