being im allergic to bananas, any suggestions to replace? ive made pb smoothies before (used to be my breakfast of choice) but it was always missing something.
Hi Ahuva. So to replace bananas in your smoothies and still achieve that creamy thick sweet texture you can try pears, mangos, papayas, nuts or even avocado depending on the recipe. For more exact info on how to use these ingredients as a creamy base check out this link: http://www.smoothie-handbook.com/how-to-make-smoothie.html
