Passover Granola

Passover Granola
Tired of the usual Passover breakfasts? Need something for a snack to take on a chol hamoed car trip? This granola recipe is a family favorite. Each year I make four batches of the recipe and store them in zip lock bags. Great for breakfast or snacks! This year I made it with whole wheat matzah farfel and one batch with spelt matzah (crushed) and oat matzah (crushed) for my wheat sensitive daughter. I usually make for batches.
