Pareve (non-dairy) Caesar Dressing
I love Caesar salad and this dressing works great as a pareve Caesar salad, you could always add Parmesan if you are going dairy.

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (can use anchovy paste if preferred)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. low fat mayonaisse
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preparation
1 Put grated garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire and dijon in bowl.
2 Whisk in mayonaisse, then whisk in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
