Pareve Creamed Spinach
I like this creamy spinach that does not even have any cream or even cream alternative in it, so easy and so good.

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. grated garlic
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- Salt to taste
Directions
Preparation
1 Heat saute pan over high heat, add oil and onion.
2 Saute for about 2 minutes, add garlic and then spinach.
3 Saute until heated through, add salt to taste.
4 To make it creamy, puree with hand blender or other blender, it will trun shiny and bright and delicous.

any light flavored oil should work
