Flounder dredged in seasoned flour:
1 cup flour
1/2 TBL dried basil
1/2 TBL Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried thyme
Cajun seasoning (for heat) or white pepper

3 TBL Butter
Fry Flounder in olive oil & butter over medium heat until brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes or until flakes but still firm.
