- 1 lb. orchiette
- 1/2 cup pesto, store bought or homemade
- 1/4 cup sundried tomato strips
1 Boil orecchiette in water per package directions.
2 Before draining, save 1/2 cup of the starchy cooking liquid.
3 Mix hot pasta with pesto and sundried tomatoes and add some of the reserved liquid to loosen it.
4 Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
