Nutty Pesach Pie Crust
Passover Pie Crust is easy to make and can be filled with anything.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup matzo cake meal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Grease a 9-in. pie pan.
- In a food processor insert metal blade.
- Place pecans in work bowl and process until fine about 3 or 4 pulses.
- Add the sugar, butter or margarine and cake meal and process until well blended; about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Cool completely before filling.
Tips
Note: When recipe calls for an unbaked pie shell, fill before baking.

Is there a misprint or does this really callo for 13 cups of cake flour?
It must be a misprint, probably 1/3 cup
bake for how long?????
Bake for how long??
Bake about 10 minutes until golden brown.
