Non Gebrokst Potato Starch Matzo Balls

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chicken fat or oil
- 5 tablespoons chicken soup or water
- 1/2 cup potato starch
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Boil up the water and salt. Form mixture into balls and place in the rapidly boiling water.
Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
