Neshe’s Simple Salmon
Recipe
Neshe’s Simple Salmon
I am the Balabusta next door in the Rosh Hashanah issue of the Joy of Kosher with Jamie Geller magazine. I had one recipe that I had to share that they couldn't fit and here it is, so easy and delicious.
Times
- Ready Time : 0 min
Servings
Ingredients
- 1½ pound salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a glass baking pan with parchment paper to prevent the sauce from burning.
Place fish, skin-side down, in the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine oil, honey, and soy sauce. Pour over fish and turn the skin-side up, to keep the moisture in.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Does it have to be with salmon or can it work with anothertype of fish also, like tilapia or flounder?
