Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, gills removed, sliced
  • 2 bunch asparagus, peeled and cut into 1-inch sticks
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute onions until golden. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for another 15 min. add salt and pepper to taste. enjoy!
