Mock Crab Salad
This is a variation on Jamie's crab salad suing Levana's recipes for Remoulade dressing made with wasabi. Once you have the dressing it is a cinch to prepare and a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1/2 package kosher mock crab
- 1/2 cup remoulade dressing made with wasabi powder
- 2 tablespoons capers
Directions
Shred the crab sticks by hand, pulling them apart into thin strands. Place in bowl and mix with capers and remoulade.

B”H Do you have a recommendation for a particular brand of the imitation crab? I have tried a few that are quite dry, and lack flavor.

I have only seen two kosher brands and I prefer DynaSea, but make sure to really defrost them and let them come to room temperature that is how they are best.
