Mini Cheese Crisps


  • Ready Time : 0 min



  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal


  1. Combine cheese, butter, flour and rice cereal.
  2. Using your hands, shape mini-size balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
