For a non-alcoholic, kid-friendly version, use seltzer or Sprite instead of Champagne. Now everyone can join in the festivities!

  • 1 quart orange juice, chilled
  • 2 bottles Bartenura Proseco or Adar de Elviwines Cava, chilled (750ml bottle)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 bunch fresh mint


1. Pour orange juice into a large pitcher and top with sparkling wine just before serving.
2. Create 2-inch long pieces of orange peel with a zester. Wrap each piece around the handle of a spoon and press lightly to mold into a twist. Garnish each fluted glass with an orange twist and a small sprig of mint once filled.
