Mexican Chocolate Cupcakes

Don't be sacared by the ingredients. These are really tasty cupcakes. The first time you make them tho, you might want to cut the cayenne by half.


  • Ready Time : 0 min




  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t each cayenne pepper and salt
  • 1 c cold water
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t Balsamic vinegar
  • Frosting: 1 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/4 c margarine, 1 square melted unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 t vanilla, 1-2 T liquid, (milk, soy milk, water)
