Don't be sacared by the ingredients. These are really tasty cupcakes. The first time you make them tho, you might want to cut the cayenne by half.

- 1 1/2 C Flour
- 1 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/4 t each cayenne pepper and salt
- 1 c cold water
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t Balsamic vinegar
- Frosting: 1 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/4 c margarine, 1 square melted unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 t vanilla, 1-2 T liquid, (milk, soy milk, water)
