Meatballs and Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 3 tablespoons matzoh meal or ground walnut
- salt and pepper
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 1 large spaghetti squash, cut in half
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix ground beef, eggs, ketchup, matzoh meal, salt and pepper, garlic powder and parsley.
Bring tomato sauce to a boil in a large pot. Form meatballs and add to sauce. Cook on medium flame, uncovered for 30 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, put spaghetti squash in the oven for 1 hour, or until soft. Remove squash from the oven and shred the meaty part into a bowl.
Serve meatballs with the spaghetti squash.
