Matzo Granola Supreme

Ingredients
- 3 cups Matzah Farfel
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds but then toasted alone first
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup whole dates that have been snipped
- 1/2 cup dark raisins or currants
- 6 tablespoons butter or substitute
- 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup Dark
- 3 teaspoons Saigon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tsp of Saigon cinnamon
- 1 tsp of salt
Directions
Mix Farfel and nuts and salt on baking sheet and toast in a 325 oven for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let cool slightly and mix with dried fruit.
In sauce pan melt butter and add honey and sugar and spice, mix well. Pour this over Farfel mixture and blend well.
Return mixture to baking sheet and toast for another 15 minutes, again stirring every 5 minutes. Take out and cool, when cool put into airtight container.

for your matzo supreme, you have 2 partial ingredients: 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup dark.
please fill in those blanks for me. thanks.
I believe I understand your question….dark raisins or currants?
1/2 cup of either…..some people prefer one over the other. Currants are truly the beauties in my opinion…love them. I used currants and then golden raisins. let me know if you need help .
