Because it falls out earlier in the season this year, I am hussling to prepare my house, shopping for non-chametz foods and of course, adding some tasty recipes to my repertoire. It is tough to stem away from bland matzah, matzah, matzah and more matzah. This is a tasty twist on the matzo flavor.

Made this for Passover last year. My kids are already requesting it again. They LOVED it, ate it almosr every day. (I made a few pans). GREAT kid friendly recipe…and much less whining about “nothing good to eat for Pesach”.

Oh wow! This was amazing! I used a combination of cheddar, mozzarella and Philadelphia cream cheese (didn’t have Temp Tee) and it tasted nothing like mac and cheese, but like a cheese tart or something like that. If you are a cheese lover like me you will love it!
