Lemon Vinaigrette

Servings

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper to taste until well blended. Makes one cup.
