Lavash Chips and Dips
Lavash if a thin Mediterranean bread you can find at many supermarkets and it bakes up fast into delicious chips perfect for dipping into both of these dips, but these dips can be used for many things, they are so good.

Ingredients
Lavash Chips
- 2 pieces of lavash
- cooking spray
- salt
Greek Sesame Dip
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice easiest from a piece of frozen ginger that is defrosted
Pumpkin Miso Dip
- 1 small pumpkin or squash (about 1 pound)
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions
For Chips – Cut in half a few times until it is small enough to cut into triangles. Lay out triangles on a cookie sheet, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for about 5 minutes until crisp. Make sure not to burn, they cook fast.
Greek Sesame Dip
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with chips and veggies. You can even use a salad dressing but it might need to be thinned.
Pumpkin Miso Dip
Cut pumpkin or squash in half and cook in microwave until soft. Scoop out flesh and place in food processor with the rest of the dip ingredients. Puree until smooth adding a little water if needed. Enjoy with chips.









i love the idea of serving chips with different dips at dinner. i usually make pita chips, but i can probably find lavash to change it up a bit

where can I obtain Lavash chips on Long island NY?
I buy the lavash at Trader Joe’s I am not sure where you will find it on Long Island, any Middle Eastern markets?
