Kosher Fudge Sauce

Delicious Fudge Sauce

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes min
  • Cook Time : 10 minutes min
  • Ready Time : 15 min

Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup:whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup:light corn syrup
  • 10 ounces, chopped:bittersweet or semisweet chocolate (do not use unsweetened)

Directions

Preparation

  1. Combine whipping cream and corn syrup in heavy medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in chocolate and until melted and smooth.
  4. Refrigerate about 45 minutes.Should be cool but pourable.

Delicious kosher fudge sauce – use on your smores!
