Ingredients
- 2 Persimmon, cut into cubes (optional)
- 2 red or green pears cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1/4 cup Nana or mint, finely chopped, more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Mix the pears with persimmon if using, sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top. Mix lime juice, zest, honey and mint in a bowl and pour over fruit. Garnish with more mint.
Note: Fresh dates would be amazing in this too.
