This Grilled Pineapple is marinated with butter and sugar, then grilled indoors in a sandwich maker. An easy option for an after-school dorm room snack!
Note: If using canned pineapple chunks rather than fresh pineapple, the fruit will be more wet. Decrease the amount of melted butter, or omit completely, as the juice from the can will provide enough liquid.
Optional: Dress it up with Pavlova for a fancier dessert.

- 4 pineapple slices
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (can use coconut sugar)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
1. Combine melted butter and sugar in a ziplock bag. Add the pineapple slices, then close the bag and let marinate 15 minutes.
2. Grill slices on an electric grill/sandwich maker 3 minutes.
