Horseradish-Dill Cream

Who wants a plain potato? This cream takes it the next level.

1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill fresh
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Combine sour cream, yogurt, dill, horseradish and salt in a small bowl.
