Honey Pecan Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup honet
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1. Dredge the cutlets in flour, shaking off excess.
2. Heat two tablespoons of margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat
3. Add the cutlets, brown on both sides for 5-8 minutes
4. Stir together remaining tablespoon of margarine, honey and pecans
5. Add to skillet, stir gently
6. Cover and simmer gently for 7-8 minutes
7. Remove cutlets to a serving platter, pour sauce over and serve
