Honey Noodle Kugel

- 8 oz. medium noodles
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 apples, coarsely grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Crisp Topping
Directions
Preparation
1 Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and place in large bowl.
2 Add margarine; mix well. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, honey, raisins, apples, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
3 Place noodle mixture in greased 9-inch square baking pan. Top with Crisp Topping and cover with foil.
4 Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until browned on top.
5 Crisp Topping: Combine 1/3 cup bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; mix well. Drizzle 1/4 cup honey over mixture and stir until crumbs are coated. Makes 1/3 cup.
