Honey Mustard Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt + 1/8 tsp
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 medium red onion sliced or quartered
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine mustard, brown sugar, honey, oil, ginger, 1/4 tsp. salt, and pepper. Spread over chicken to coat.
3. Combine bread crumbs, thyme and remaining salt. Sprinkle over chicken.
4. Arrange onions on the bottom of a pan and place chicken on top.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Am I missing something? It’s called Honey Mustard Chicken and there is neither honey nor mustard in the recipe? Are there some ingredients missing?
You are correct about that! Those are the 2 ingredients that are somehow missing from the recipe. I don’t know what happened! I will edit. Thanks!!
Can I use ready made honey/mustard dressing
The great thing about chicken is that you can basically pour any yummy sauce/dressing over it and it will taste good. One of my favorites is french dressing over dark meat chicken on the bone. I think a pre-made honey mustard dressing will be delicious with this recipe.
