This recipe is very close to my husband’s family recipe, only instead of coffee they use 1 C of strong hot tea and add it at the end. I like the flavor better because I’m not a coffee drinker. It’s a slightly milder flavor.

  2. I’ve tried this recipe for Rosh HaShanah and my mother, father and even my ucle who doesn’t like sweets LOVED IT! Thanks for sharing ;) Sarah

Can you explain how you do the 1 cup coffee? How much coffee do you put in and how much water? Also what size tube pan do you use?
