Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries (raspberries and blueberries)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup diced peeled granny smith apple
- 2 tablespoons Water
Directions
Preparation
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until thickened and berries are broken down. Cool completely.
- Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or can be canned and stored for up to 6 months.

Prepared yesterday, using fresh berries (there was an offer at the supermarket). What can I say? Delicious!!… So delicious that I had to go back to the supermarket this morning, multiply the ingredients and prepare ten cans, both for my family and friends! Thanks a lot from Italy
