Herbed Mozzarella Olives

Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can California Ripe Olives, whole, pitted, drained
- 1 cup sweet 100 or grape tomatoes
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella balls, halved or diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Preparation
1 Toss California Ripe Olives, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a large mixing bowl.
2 Dress thoroughly with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
3 Marinate for at least 3 hours before serving.
