Ingredients

  • Chicken Cutlets
  • Good pastrami (See Romanian, or Tibor\'\'s)
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 c cold water
  • 1 C Non-Dairy Creamer
  • Enough Vegetable (Or peanut) Oil for deep frying

1 Cut Chicken into 3 inch long by 2 inch wide pieces
2 Roll Chicken in 1 piece pastrami
3 In a bowl, whisk flour, water and creamer together
4 Heat Vegetable oil to 360
5 Dip rolls into batter, then drop into fryer
6 Work in batches of 7
7 Remove when they are golden brown; about 7 minutes
