Healthier Potato Kugel
Recipe
Healthier Potato Kugel
A traditional dish that is quick and easy to make. The parsnip, zucchini and onions add flavor and make it healthier as well. Baking the kugel in muffin trays is a fun and interesting way to serve the kugel.

is that 1/3 cup of oil?
Is it safe to assume the recipe should say 1/3rd cup of oil instead of 13 cups?
13 cups of oil? Is that a mistake?
Sorry, it was supposed to be 1/3.
Also, it says to add onions but they are not included in the instructions. I cooked it for 15 minutes without them in it (but then realized and added them in for the rest of cooking)! whoops! Please advise.
