Ingredients

  • 2 chickens (quartered, skinned, if desired)
  • 8 ounce apricot preserves (1 jar)
  • 1 bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 package (1/4 cup) onion soup mix (no MSG)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Preparation

Place chicken in the Tupperware® Seasonserve® container.  Spread preserves on top of chicken, add Russian dressing.  Mix onion soup mix with water and pour over chicken.  Add pineapple chunks.  Seal container and marinade in refrigerator at least two hours or overnight.  Place chicken with marinade in roasting pan, cover.  Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes; uncover and lower oven to 375 degrees and bake for 20 more minutes or until well done.

If grilling, save extra marinade in a bowl to brush over it while grilling. FINGER LICKIN' GOOD!!
