Grilled Turkey Scaloppini with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon zest/peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 Pound TURKEY SCALLOPPINI
  • 4 Wedges lemon, for garnish

Preparation

1 In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges. Brush the sauce on the turkey scalloppini.
2 Preheat grill. Place turkey, 4-6 inches from the heat source. Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center.
3 Serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges.
