Green Goddess Dressing

I love this Green Goddess dressing because it is so versatile and can really be made with any single or combination of herbs.


  • Prep Time : 5 min
  • Ready Time : 5 min




  • 2 scallions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup fresh leafy herbs such as basil, parsley, cilantro or combination
  • 1 lemon or lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch salt and pepper


Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
