Green Beans with Walnut Miso

Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 2 tabelspoons grated ginger
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 11/2 tablespoon mild miso
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
Preparation
1 Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes, drain and shock in an ice water bath.
2 Combine, ginger, walnuts, water, miso and soy sauce in a food processor. Process until minced. Toss walnut mixture and green beans and serve.
