Had a Hanukkah party tonight and made this dressing for the first time. I have many friends who would like a healthy alternative and i decided to give it a go. Everyone went crazy for this dressing! Even my friends nine year old loved it and he kept asking for more. I used fresh lemon juice as I prefer that to the vinegar option. I also enjoyed this dressing A LOT
