Servings
Ingredients
- 5 cups oats
- Optional:1 cup sunlower seeds, 2-3 cups mixed nuts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 TBS oil, veg or canola
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Optional:1 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp orange rind
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup brown rice or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raisins, craisins, dry fruit, coconut, chocolate
Directions
Preparation
1 Preheat oven to 300.Mix ingredients.
2 Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet. Bake 300.
3 Mix every 10 minutes till mixture is baked through
4 Set aside to cool. Mix in dry fruit
5 Keep in airtight container or Ziplock.Store in fridge indefinetly.
6 Add to Vanilla Yogurt with Fruit-Bernies Favorite
7 You can flavor the granola any way you want
