Gluten-Free Stuffing
I made this simple side dish and it came out great! Perfectly gluten-free and kosher for Passover.

Servings
Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. cremini mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup walnuts, ground
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup Chopped fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preparation
1 Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Sauté onion in oil until browned. Add garlic and mushrooms and sauté until browned.
2 Add wine and cook until it burns off. Add walnuts, pine nuts, spinach, salt and pepper. Stir until spinach is just wilted.
