Giblet Gravy
I am not a big gravy fan usually, but this gravy changed my mind.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 3 turkey giblets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cups broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. turkey drippings
- 1/4 cup flour
Directions
Preparation
1 Melt margarine in pan over medium low heat. Add giblets and onion.
2 Add broth, bay leaf and parsley, simmer for 2 hours while turkey is cooking.
3 Straing broth and chop up giblets, set aside.
4 Heat turkey drippings over medium heat, sprinkle flour on top and stir until bronwed. Whisk in broth until mixed. Simmer and add giblets to serve.
5 If the mixture is not thick enough mix a little bit of cornstarch or arrowroot with some of the gravy in a cup and then pour it in to thicken.
