Garlicky Bok Choy

This is how I cook all Asian greens, so simple and so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch bok choy, sliced in halved and cleaned well
  • coarse salt to taste

Preparation

1 Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Once hot add garlic and bok choy, stirring until it begins to wilt and turn bright green.

2 Take off from heat, sprinkle with salt and serve. It can also sit and be served at room temperaure.
