Garlic Pasta
Fresh and easy recipe. Would make a good pre fast dinner.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups yogurt plain
- bunch asparagus cut in 1
- 1 red bell pepper
- .5 cup green peas
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- .25 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 box 1 lb. pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Boil pasta about 2 min. less than directed, to the hot water add asparagus, diced peppers, peas and cook 2-4 min. until vegetables are tender. Drain. Mash garlic and salt, mix with yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well and top with toasted pine nuts.
