Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 egg yolk (pasteurized if possible)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Preparation
1 Mix garlic, egg yolk, lemon juice, salt and honey in a bowl. Whisk and drizzle in oil until emulsified.
2 Use as dipping sauce for potatoes or vegetables.
